Billing Specialist - LHH : Job Details

LHH is seeking seeking an experienced Legal Billing professional to join our clients team in Downtown Seattle.

Role: Legal Billing Specialist

Location: Downtown Seattle, Washington

Pay: $75,000-$85,000/year

Duties:

• Print draft bills for attorney review
• Coordinate billing for attorneys
• Handle all aspects of assigned client billing including generating pre-bills, editing invoices, and posting invoices
• Prepare daily cash receipt and IOLTA Trust deposits
• Revise draft bills as needed & prepare final bills for mailing
• Send out final bills monthly, as well as process credit card payments
• Process credit card payments
• Other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years of experience
• Will not consider Medical Legal Billers - must come from or have Law firm/Legal billing experience
