We're seeking a strategic, experienced Director of Billing to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced law firm environment. This hybrid role is key to optimizing our billing and receivables operations while supporting firmwide financial health and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead billing and collections operations, ensuring compliance with firm policies
• Develop scalable processes that align with firm growth and improve efficiency
• Analyze receivables, assess risk, and create collection strategies
• Drive exceptional internal and external service across billing functions
• Advance tech adoption, including practice management platform implementation
• Partner with firm leadership to deliver key financial insights
• Oversee and support Billing, e-Billing, and Collections team performance and development
• Foster a culture of responsiveness, accountability, and professionalism

What You Bring

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a finance leadership role
• Professional services or legal industry background strongly preferred
• Proficient in Elite or Aderant, and advanced in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Strong leadership, communication, and process improvement skills
• High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment
