JOB SUMMARY The Billing Compliance Analyst II works under moderate supervision to manage and perform compliance assurance/effectiveness reviews of various functions and activities of UT Southwestern to include validating billing codes. The Billing Compliance Analyst will conduct basic assurance activities to determine departmental/ unit/program adherence to internal controls, education/training requirements and compliance with established policies and procedures.
Billing and coding and ICD 10 experience is strongly preferred. CPC certification (certified professional coder) is preferred.
Hybrid work schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays working in office with remaining days remote.
