Billing Analyst - Associated Materials : Job Details

Process invoices in AS 400 Corporate, AS 400 Windows, and BAP with matching supporting documentation. Resolve billing kick outs. Process Cancellation requests assessing customer fees as required. Add pallet, belt, mark-up, and custom up charge pricing to orders/invoices. Reconcile siding returns to the plant in BAP issuing customer credit upon return. Process billing credits received from accounting, the plant, warranty and customer service. Set up new customer accounts Complete month end billing close process (could require after hour or Saturday support on occasion) Research billing discrepancies and take action accordingly.
