Billing Analyst - Susquehanna International Group : Job Details

As a Billing Analyst for our Technology Finance team, you will be given broad exposure to the technologies and expenses of a global trading firm. In this role, you will interact with teams across our Technology, Operations & Accounting departments, work with a unique expense management platform, and acquire in-depth knowledge of Telecommunications and Market Data. You will also gain experience in financial reporting and analysis.

Job Duties:

• Track and reconcile expenses related to market data and telecommunications usage across the firm
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between internal teams and vendors, working actively with both to ensure that all invoices match contract terms
• Partner with Accounting to track spending and reconcile those expenses to the general ledger as well as support annual audits
• Collaborate with Procurement to set up, process, manage and track invoices and expenses for new vendors
• Help to drive innovation surrounding our expense processing and financial reporting processes, focusing on identifying cost reduction and overall process improvement opportunities

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• Experience working in a billing or expense management, accounting or related role a plus
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Excel; experience with advanced functions within Excel a plus
• Ability to collaborate with a team while having the confidence to work independently
• Ability and desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
