• Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Our client, a leading technology company in Norwalk, CT, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join their growing finance team. This company is known for its innovative solutions, collaborative environment, and commitment to career development.

• Manage and process billing for a variety of clients and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with terms.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing for products and services.
• Analyze client accounts and resolve billing discrepancies, including reviewing contracts and payment terms.
• Work closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of billing processes.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes, including billing reconciliation and reporting.
• Handle inquiries from clients regarding billing issues and provide clear, concise explanations.
• Support the development and automation of billing processes for increased efficiency.
• Generate ad-hoc billing reports and assist with audit requests.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 13 years of billing, accounts receivable, or financial analysis experience (preferably in the tech or SaaS industry).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
• Experience with billing systems or ERP software (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving mindset and a customer-oriented approach to resolving billing issues.
