Bilingual Teller Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 06:00pm)

Responsible for delivering exceptional member service while proactively identifying and recommending credit union products and services to meet members' financial needs. Processes deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and cash advances with accuracy and efficiency. Engages with members to understand their financial goals and offers tailored solutions, including loans, savings options, and additional services. Balances daily transactions, verifies cash totals, and maintains a high level of accuracy. Assists in branch promotions, cross-selling opportunities, and member engagement initiatives. Ensures members receive prompt, professional service while projecting a positive and knowledgeable credit union image.

Bilingual Teller Qualifications:

• MUST have Fluency in English and Spanish
• Previous cash handling or teller experience in a banking or retail environment.
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and math skills, including familiarity with banking software and MS Office.
