Bilingual Spanish HR Assistant - Solomon Page : Job Details

Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking an onsite Bilingual Spanish HR Assistant to join their team in NYC. This position will operate Monday - Thursday onsite from 9am - 5pm and will require a corporate dress code.

• Pay rate: $25 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Register guests with email to access to building.
• Schedule candidates and confirm interviews.
• Walk candidates to meet with managers.
• Various filing and organization; including labeling items in pantry (order coffee, milk for pantry, etc.)
• Candidates should understand that this role primarily services the HR sector and that at times we handle and discuss a great deal of confidential/protected information.
• The client offices and facilities are in different buildings on the campus, some days you may have to go to the locker room, headquarters, or back to HR frequently depending on the matter.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual - Spanish speaking.
• Experience with Excel.
• Punctuality is very important
• Experience with Microsoft Word.
• Experience putting together flyers for employees.
