You will: Post job openings on job boards and internal systems. Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events. Schedule and conduct candidate interviews. Assist new hires through onboarding and orientation. Monitor and report on recruiting campaign success rates. Perform administrative and clerical support for HR as needed.
