Blueprint Skilled Services is currently hiring for a Bilingual Recruiter for our Denver, CO location. We are a Commercial Construction temporary staffing company with job sites in Denver and surrounding areas as well as across the state. We focus on a variety of projects including Hospitals, Schools, Hotels, Multi-Family buildings and many others.Recruiter Role:Recruiting is key to our operation and is integral to supporting our clients in their need for Skilled Tradespeople including Electricians, Carpenters, Helpers & Laborers. The focus of this role is to identify, source, and qualify candidates for work on Commercial Construction sites. We are a locally owned company based in Lakewood and Northern Colorado.We offer competitive pay based on your experience, as well as other benefits and incentives. This position would offer a base salary plus commissions with unlimited potential.Our Recruiters work with construction personnel, developing long-term relationships and matching their skills with client needs.Responsibilities:

• Recruit and build relationships with qualified applicants. Construction experience strongly desired, but not required.
• Be accountable to achieve key metrics that support revenue goals.
• Develop and execute a solid recruitment strategy in order to fill a high volume of diverse openings.
• Build and maintain a well-qualified pool of candidates.
• Qualify, present and schedule candidates to meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements:

• Establishing relationships over the phone and in person.
• Comfortable contacting people and making introductions and asking relevant questions to qualify candidates.
• Solid cold calling capabilities and confidence in talking with construction personnel.
• A desire to increase earnings based on performance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
