Bilingual Production Supervisor - LHH : Job Details

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Bilingual Production Supervisor to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work for an established industrial manufacturer and to lead production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the production operations, including staffing, scheduling, compliance, and performance.
• Develop and execute testing protocols and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, maintenance, HR, and finance teams.
• Maintain critical chemical inventories and oversee procurement processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, ISO standards, and corrective action programs.
• Mentor and evaluate production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a production supervisory role.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
• Previous experience working in a water treatment facility preferred.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, analytical tools, and industrial systems (plumbing, electrical, hydraulics).
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive operational success.

Compensation Range: $80,000-$85,000
