Bilingual Part-Time Behavior Technician - Wharton, NJ Setting: In Home Hours: Part Time (Afternoon Hours) Pay Range: $24 to $32 per hour

Position Overview Flywheel Centers is currently hiring bilingual Behavior Technicians to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in the Wharton, NJ area. This is a part-time role with afternoon availability required. Candidates must be fluent in both English and another language commonly spoken in the community, such as Spanish.

As a Behavior Technician, you will follow a treatment plan developed by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work directly with children to help reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life and support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the child's home
• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by a BCBA
• Accurately record data during each session and report progress
• Participate in ongoing supervision and clinical support
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and team members in both English and a second language
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Access to reliable transportation
• Bilingual fluency in English and one additional language (e.g., Spanish)
• ABA experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and time management skills
