Bilingual Hospitality Recruiter - Addison Group : Job Details

You'll manage the full-cycle hiring process for various roles, focusing on hourly up to managerial positions. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, building and maintaining talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, supporting and facilitating onboarding, and partnering with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and culinary, be bilingual (English/Spanish), and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Must have hospitality recruiting experience.
• Proficient in HRIS systems.
• Onsite position M-F.
