Qualifications you'll bring:
- Two or more years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a health care environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- An Associate's degree or a relevant combination of education and experience
- Availability for full-time, hybrid work, including local travel and some evenings and weekends for events
- A valid driver's license
- A curiosity to drive innovation and foster growth
- A team-oriented mindset and humility
- A dedication to providing exceptional customer service in every interaction
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead membership growth initiatives by engaging eligible individuals and enrolling them in various health care plans such as Medicaid, Child Health Plus, Essential Plan, Qualified Health Plans (QHPs), HARP, Off-Exchange, Medicare Advantage (MA), and Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP).
- Conduct outreach activities to showcase our innovative health care solutions at health fairs, community expos, festivals, and other events, ensuring MVP's visibility and engagement.
- Build strong relationships with community organizations, medical partners, and local contacts to establish a robust network.
- Travel as needed within your assigned territory to promote MVP's customer-centric approach.
- Comply with necessary screening requirements and provide proof of immunization to support community health.
- Handle promotional materials weighing up to 30 lbs. to educate and empower customers about their health care options.
- Embrace various other duties that arise, all aimed at enhancing health care delivery and positively impacting our customers.
Where you'll be:
- Hybrid role with local travel in Dutchess, Orange, Sullivan, or Ulster Counties.
This position includes a salary, quarterly incentives, and travel reimbursement.
