Qualifications you'll bring:
- Minimum of two years in customer service or sales, ideally within the health care sector
- Fluency in more than one language, preferably English and Spanish
- An Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Flexibility to work full-time in a hybrid role, including local travel on weekdays, nights, and weekends for events
- Valid driver's license required
- A genuine curiosity to drive innovation and growth
- A team-oriented attitude with a focus on serving customers
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead membership growth initiatives by enrolling eligible individuals in various health plans like Medicaid, Child Health Plus, Medicare Advantage, and more.
- Engage with the community through outreach activities at events such as health fairs and festivals, collaborating with Field Marketing and Community Engagement teams.
- Build strong relationships with community organizations and medical partners to create a vast support network.
- Navigate local territories effectively while traveling to bring MVP's customer-first philosophy to the communities you serve.
- Participate in health screenings and provide proof of immunization to promote community health.
- Transport promotional materials weighing up to 30 lbs. to educate customers about their health care options.
- Contribute to various projects that enhance health care delivery and improve customer experiences.
Where you'll be:
- Hybrid role with local travel in Orange and Dutchess Counties or Orange and Sullivan Counties.
