JOB SUMMARY: This position will support the brands global approach to Latin American focused marketing through collaboration with both sales marketing and international teams. They will work with sales marketing leadership, brand managers and executive account managers of the international and domestic Latin-American teams to support accounts with marketing and sales activities. Communication is key in this multicultural marketing position. Effective bi-lingual communication skills in both Spanish and English are essential. Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with sales marketing and international teams to provide comprehensive support and strategy to your shared assigned accounts.
    • Foster and develop working relationships with foodservice and retail partners' marketing, sales and executive team staff, to best service their business needs in growing their Certified Angus Beef ® brand sales and market penetration.
    • Communicate with licensed partners some of the current marketing tools available and leverage them effectively to grow sales
  • Support assigned Sales Marketing leadership team, Account Marketing Manager, Sales Directors, and licensees with development, organization and execution of identified projects.
  • Will support International and Domestic Spanish speaking internal and external customers through projects identified by supervisor and in the Customer Solutions Queue.
  • Will complete tasks out of the Customer Solutions Queue such as entering point-of-sale (POS) orders, preparing books and handouts for presentations, events, updating contacts, etc.
  • Will answer incoming phone calls and emails, handle web inquiries, and respond (when necessary) when sales or marketing staff are out of the office.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining current presentation resources, such as PowerPoint presentations, training module kits, Meat Lab resources, etc.
  • Work with team to enter and approve copy and design requests through in-house system.
  • Participate in the development and execution of sales marketing divisional goals, including providing marketing solutions for objectives identified by, and identified along with, the sales team.
  • Share marketing ideas and solutions with marketing and sales team.
  • Manage Spanish social media handles and digital communication in Spanish.
Travel: Must be willing and able to travel (car or airplane), up to approximately 5%. May require overnight travel and/or weekend work. Location: This in-office (not remote) position is located in Wooster, Ohio. EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS: Education/Experience: Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, in marketing or a related field; and
  • Minimum two years of related experience in Latin markets and marketing, with foodservice, retail, restaurant or beef industry knowledge desired.
  • High proficiency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written communication required.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with staff, licensees and vendors - in both Spanish and English
  • Ability to think creatively with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to deliver presentations to small and large groups.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize assignments.
  • Ability to work effectively in deadline situations and under pressure with flexibility regarding hours.
  • Service and solution oriented with the ability to be proactive in solving and preventing problems.
  • High proficiency with computers (including Microsoft Office suite), e-mail, and the Internet.
