This role requires interacting with customers, which might include minors, as well as handling cash, payment methods, and sensitive information. A background check is essential to ensure the safety and reputation of our operations.

The position is based within a 26-mile radius of Store #2358, located at: 420 Shorter Ave., NW Rome, GA 30165 Additional stores you may support include: #2595: 840 N. Main Street Cedartown, GA 30125.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build trusting relationships with customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately in accordance with policies.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Ensure cleanliness of store equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Help make deliveries when needed.
• Keep assigned areas organized and presentable.
• Remain knowledgeable about product offerings and options.
• Follow inventory control procedures.
• Propose ways to enhance sales.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• High School diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• Previous experience selling paint and related products.
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
