Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, where you will play a crucial role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers. Your primary responsibility will be to identify customer needs, provide answers to inquiries about our Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest tailored solutions. In addition to ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns, you will keep abreast of product features and uphold the quality and presentation standards of our store. Your success will contribute to achieving our sales goals.

This role requires interaction with customers, potentially including minors, as well as handling cash and other payment technologies, personal information, and merchandise. To safeguard our operations and the safety of everyone involved, we conduct a criminal history review as part of our hiring process.

The selected individual will work at Stores within a 30-mile radius of #1170, located at: 722 South Meadow Street, Suite 500, Ithaca, NY 14850. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service through effective sales interactions.
• Assist customers both in person and via phone by identifying needs and offering suitable products.
• Develop trustworthy relationships with wholesale and retail clients.
• Process sales transactions accurately adhering to company policies.
• Achieve set sales targets and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and product formulations.
• Retrieve products from sales floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tint and mix products according to customer specifications.
• Organize stock shelves and set up attractive displays.
• Ensure cleanliness of store equipment.
• Assist in delivering products as required.
• Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Remain knowledgeable about our product offerings and discuss options with customers.
• Comply with inventory control standards.
• Propose sales improvement strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legal authorization to work in the country without needing visa sponsorship.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish.
• A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable assistance.
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Current Sherwin-Williams employees must have a satisfactory performance appraisal rating.
• Completion of required HR eLearning courses for current Sherwin-Williams position is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in retail, customer service, or delivery roles.
• Prior experience selling paint or related products is a plus.
• Experience using tinting and mixing equipment is preferred.
