In this role, you will closely collaborate with both wholesale and retail customers, helping them identify their needs, answering inquiries about our wide range of products, and recommending the best solutions tailored to their requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service.
• Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
• Building trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Accurately processing sales transactions following company policies and procedures.
• Aiming to achieve and surpass sales goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Maintaining precise work order files and formulas ensuring smooth operations.
• Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications.
• Stocking shelves and setting up appealing displays to enhance product visibility.
• Cleaning store equipment to maintain high-quality standards.
• Loading/unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries when required.
• Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Remaining knowledgeable about our product offerings and discussing available options with customers.
• Complying with inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Contributing ideas to improve overall sales performance.

Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old, legal authorization to work without sponsorship, and proficiency in English and Spanish.
