Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour

As a Bilingual Customer Service Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include:

  • Processing orders and preparing product quotes
  • Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
  • Managing inventory records and coordinating with other departments
  • Providing timely and clear communication internally and externally

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience in customer service or knowledge of automotive parts manufacturing is a plus
