Bilingual Customer Service Associate (Spanish) - Sherwin-Williams : Job Details

Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers. As a part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service
• Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting suitable products and services
• Building productive and trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers
• Processing sales transactions accurately, in line with company policies
• Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
• Maintaining organized work order files and formulas
• Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed
• Tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications
• Stocking shelves and setting up attractive displays
• Cleaning store equipment and maintaining a tidy work environment
• Assisting with deliveries, when necessary
• Keeping assigned areas in stock and presentable
• Staying knowledgeable about products and discussing options with customers
• Adhering to inventory control procedures
• Proposing strategies to improve sales

This position is based at our location: 346 Stockbridge Road, Great Barrington MA 01230. Successful candidates will enjoy a generous benefits package including health benefits, retirement plans, and ample time away from work.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• At least a High School diploma or GED
• One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products
• Experience with tinting and mixing equipment
