Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, where you'll work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to assess their needs, provide answers to inquiries about our products, and recommend tailored solutions. Our associates are dedicated to resolving customer concerns promptly, ensuring maximum satisfaction, and maintaining the quality and visual standards of our store.

In this role, you'll have the chance to thrive in a customer-centric environment, achieving excellent service while also meeting our store's sales goals. You will interact with customers, which may include minors, and handle cash, payment methods, and store merchandise. Due to this responsibility, our company conducts background checks to ensure the safety and security of our customers and staff.

The selected candidate will work at stores within a 5-10 mile radius of store #5573, located at: 826 N Easton Rd. Doylestown, PA 18902.

    • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through stellar sales service.
    • Assist customers in person and over the phone, identifying needs and showcasing appropriate products and services.
    • Build and foster trustful relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
    • Accurately process sales transactions consistent with company policies.
    • Achieve sales goals consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
    • Maintain detailed work order files and formulas.
    • Retrieve appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
    • Tint and mix products according to customer specifications.
    • Stock shelves and create visually appealing displays.
    • Maintain cleanliness of store equipment.
    • Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries as required.
    • Keep allocated areas organized and visually appealing.
    • Stay informed about our product offerings and discuss available options.
    • Follow inventory control procedures diligently.
    • Propose strategies for improving sales.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Must be at least 18 years old.
    • Must be authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
    • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
    • Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal.
    • A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
    • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
    • Availability to work hours as scheduled, including evenings and weekends.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or GED.
    • One year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
    • Experience in selling paint and related products.
    • Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
