Position Details:

Full-Time Opportunities: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Part-Time Opportunity: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 pm to 2:30 pm

Paid Training: We invest in your success from day one. Temp-to-Hire: After 90 days, theres potential for a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• First Call Resolution: Strive for efficient and effective issue resolution on every call.
• Patient Account Management: Navigate the practice management system to access patient accounts and encounters using various criteria (name, birth date, social security number, account number).
• Appointment Scheduling: Proficiently schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments based on patient or clinic needs.
• Service Line Expertise: Demonstrate strong scheduling abilities across medical, obstetrics, dental, and behavioral health services.
• Telephone Etiquette: Answer calls professionally, following the provided script and identifying yourself and the clinic.
• Insurance Knowledge: Understand insurance programs, especially Medicaid and CHIP, to assist callers effectively.
• Appointment Reminders: Make proactive reminder calls to patients (if not automated) and follow up as needed.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Current TB test (assistance available)
• Willingness to adhere to Covid and Flu Immunization requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
