The Big Ticket Order Picker Operator (Cherry Picker, High Bay or Order Selector) is responsible for timely and accurate Picking and Put Away of Furniture and Bedding merchandise into bin locations utilizing radio frequency (RF) equipment. Big Ticket Order Picker Operators utilizes an (Cherry Picker, High Bay or Order Selector) which raises up to 30 feet in the air. The Order Picker Operator needs good time management, attention to detail, excellent level of awareness /caution and communication. Performance, both accuracy and productivity are monitored against company and departmental KPIs. Proactively identifying areas for improvement to achieve these goals is actively encouraged.
