Client: Well-Known Legal Services/Administration Firm Role: Temporary Customer Service Specialist - ***(Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent Mandarin)*** Pay Rate: $20-22/hrDuration: Temporary to Permanent based on performance! Location: New Hyde Park/Lake Success, New York - ***(Onsite 5 days a week)*** Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Responsibilities

• ***Must be able to speak, read, and write Mandarin***
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication when handling different topics
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
