BI Analyst - Flybridge Staffing : Job Details

Job Description Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a permanent Business Intelligence Analyst for a client in the West Palm Beach area. This is a hybrid role with stable organization who offers amazing benefits. This person will work closely with stakeholders to define KPIs, create dynamic dashboards, and provide actionable insights using Power BI. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years in BI Analysis, including systems analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI dashboard design.
• Strong SQL Server, data modeling, query optimization.
• Analytical thinking for logistics/supply chain KPIs.
• Clear communication and user training skills.
• Understanding of business processes and data visualization.
• Familiarity with AI techniques such as predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains logistics-focused business metrics and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Supports user adoption through training and communication.
• Develops Power BI reports and dashboards based on operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with departments to define and refine metrics.
• Optimizes SQL queries and manages data models for reporting.
• Experience developing back-end SQL Stored Procedures, functions, tables, and Views.
• Promotes and trains users on BI tools and dashboards.
• Supports logistics data analysis and insights- build custom reports to department needs.
• Recommends predictive analytics/AI solutions.
• Coordinates with IT on system integration and support.
• Experience with Data Modeling, Data marts, and database architecture is a plus
• Knowledge of SSIS, Azure ADF (ETL) and Azure Services is a plus.
• Experience optimizing SQL Databases for reporting environments.
