FINFROCK may be the place for you!We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our prestressed concrete manufacturing team as Entry-Level Concrete Workers. This role is ideal for candidates eager to gain experience in concrete production while contributing to the creation of high-quality prestressed concrete components. No prior experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation, pouring, and finishing of prestressed concrete products.
  • Handle materials such as concrete, rebar, and cables used in production.
  • Set up forms, molds, and reinforcement components as directed by the supervisor.
  • Perform basic labor duties, including lifting, moving, and positioning materials.
  • Clean and maintain molds, tools, and equipment to ensure proper function.
  • Assist in dismantling forms after concrete has been set.
  • You must adhere to FINFROCK safety standards including the personal protective equipment required for the area.
  • Personal protective equipment will be required for most areas to work, including boots, hardhat and gloves. Depending on the position you work in, safety glasses, hearing protection, dust mask and other PPE may be required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
  • This is a full-time position that may vary outside the normal work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Depending on the area you work in, the shift may require working in the early morning or at night and sometimes overtime, or weekend shifts to meet production needs.
Qualifications
  • Can read and pass a tape measure test.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • No prior experience is required, however, previous work in construction, manufacturing, or similar fields is a plus.
  • Have a basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus.
  • You are a good communicator and can follow directions well.
  • Can safely lift 50 lbs. at any given time during shift and stand for extended periods.
  • You must be able to read a production print/instructions from a tablet or have the ability to learn.
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to work as part of a team.
