Position Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Beverage Specialist! In this role, you will craft delightful drink experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for:

• Preparing drink orders according to specific recipes with precise measuring.
• Issuing, opening, and serving wine/champagne bottles.
• Setting up and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas.
• Creating fresh garnishes for beverages.
• Stocking essential items including ice, glassware, and supplies.
• Transporting items efficiently to the bar area.
• Washing and maintaining glassware.
• Processing all payment methods accurately and securely.
• Completing bank and cashier reports at the end of shifts, including resolving discrepancies.
• Ensuring the security of liquors and other beverages.
• Following all company safety and security policies.
• Providing exceptional guest service through proactive communication and positive interaction.

You will also be expected to maintain a professional appearance, uphold company standards, and develop positive working relationships with your team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
• Supervisory Experience: None required.
• License or Certification: None necessary.
