Assembler Job Summary: Our Assemblers are responsible for kitting, packing, and assembling equipment and supplies according to customer specifications while adhering to internal quality control standards. Every item is prepared to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines. This dedication to quality helps ensure a positive experience for our airline customers. Job Duties:

• Assemble and pack various items based on customer-provided specifications.
• Work efficiently with a strong focus on detail.
• Safely assemble and deliver products to the appropriate staging areas.
• Ensure daily compliance with quality and food safety standards.

Important Requirements:

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, random drug screenings, and a criminal background check (including TSA and Customs requirements).
• Ability to work using required personal protective equipment (PPE), such as:
  • Protective gloves (standard, cooler/freezer, and cut-resistant)
  • Protective aprons
  • Hot mitts
  • Goggles
  • Hearing protection
  • Safety footwear
• Comfortable working in a time-sensitive environment to meet required deadlines.
• Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company standards.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Compliance with all Sky Cafe rules and regulations to ensure the safe and effective operation of the flight kitchen.
