Your Day-to-Day:
  • Coordinate highly matrixed project development teams to ensure resources are focused on the right activity at the right time to meet project schedule.
  • Collaborate with environmental, regulatory, land acquisition, interconnection, etc., to identify and incorporate all project variables.
  • Develop the project's technical scope.
  • Optimize project variables to enhance technical and financial feasibility.
  • Support origination and development teams with PPA and GIA negotiations.
  • Assist development teams with jurisdictional needs.
  • Coordinate engineering, estimating, and procurement requirements.
  • Support the E&C engineering team with technical attributes for design development.
  • Assist the E&C cost estimating team in developing financial models.
  • Leverage market data to ensure the financial model's health.
  • Present financial models to business units and manage through executive approvals.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts for services such as geotechnical, survey, engineering, and EPC/PC construction.
  • Represent E&C interests on assigned projects.
  • Utilize software applications to support activities, manage data, and report on key indicators.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
  • Communicate with Executive Leadership, Suppliers, Regulatory Agencies, Local Communities, and stakeholders.
  • Present project progress and risk mitigation strategies to management.
  • Ensure smooth transition of projects to the Construction phase with comprehensive plans.
    • Who You Are:

    As a successful candidate, you will bring:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Finance/Accounting.
    • 5+ years of experience in engineering and construction of renewable energy projects preferred.
    • Experience with electricity markets, renewables, and/or battery projects is a plus.
    • Excellent project management, communication, financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • PMP Certification and advanced Excel skills are preferred.
