This is a fully on-site, long-term contract opportunity ideal for someone with a strong understanding of employee benefits and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and issues
- Support open enrollment and benefits onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure seamless benefits administration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in benefits administration or HR support
- Familiarity with ADP and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
