Benefits Specialist - Human Resources - Full Time - Williamson Medical Center : Job Details

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards. The Employee Benefits Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of the organization s employee benefit programs, including health, welfare, leave of absence, and workers compensation. This role serves as a primary resource for employees, providing guidance on benefit eligibility, enrollment, and claim resolution. The Benefits Specialist works closely with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate processing, compliance with applicable regulations, and a positive employee experience. This position also supports billing reconciliation, OSHA and workers compensation tracking, and contributes to HR projects and process improvements as needed.
