Benefits Specialist - $30/hr-$38/hr - Washington, DC - Beacon Hill : Job Details

Our client, a broadcasting organization, has an immediate need for a temporary Benefits Specialist to support their organization through December 2025!

About the Job:* Handle various audits of census, HSA, and benefit eligibility data.* Assist with open enrollment and new hire benefit orientation.* Communicate benefit updates and issues to employee. Provide support at all employee levels.* Coordinate wellness programs while collaborating internally.* Complete other requests and duties as assigned.

About You:* A bachelor's degree is required.* 5+ years of strong and comprehensive benefits experience are required.* UKG experience is strongly preferred.* Familiarity with COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, etc. is required.* Comprehensive understanding of relevant human resource laws/regulations.* Empathetic and flexible with a strong ability to adapt to change.

About the Position:* $30/hr-$38/hr, depending on experience.* Temporary through December 2025.* On-site 2-3 days/week in Washington, DC.* Metro accessible!
