The Benefits team is responsible for the overall strategy, design, and management of benefits and resources to attract, retain, and develop top talent. The Benefits Analyst is a key member of the Benefits Delivery team, playing leading and partnering roles to support the operations and administration of Marriotts benefits plans and programs. The Benefits Analyst will assist in the administration and analysis of employee benefits programs. This role involves supporting the senior team members in managing benefits plans, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of benefits administration and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
