What You\'ll Do

As a Bench Store Manager, you\'ll be trained to step into a Store Manager role while driving operations, building guest experiences, and leading teams. You\'ll manage sales, inventory, food safety, and operational excellence across stores.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in food service or retail management
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in P&L analysis and tech-savvy
• Ability to travel for training and lift up to 50 lbs
