Bell Attendant - Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts : Job Details

Include (but are not limited to): Assist guests with their arrival and departure experience Prepare necessary deliveries to and pick-ups from guest rooms Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive. Transport hotel packages, faxes, envelopes, and parcels Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile Retain exceptional knowledge of hotel services and amenities offered Maintains Proper records of deliveries and pickups. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Prior experience working in Guest Services, preferably in a luxury hotel/resort The ability to lift up to 100 lbs and push a cart up to 200 lbs. A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers. Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
