Position Summary

As a Behavioral Therapist (also known as a Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist), you will work one-on-one with children using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help improve communication, social, and daily living skills. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll play a direct role in transforming lives every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients in home, school, or clinic settings
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collect accurate and detailed data on client progress
  • Participate in regular supervision and team meetings
  • Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team to support goals
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus – training available!
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes (if applicable)
  • Strong communication, patience, and a passion for helping others
