Must have either LISW or LPCC; LSW is not acceptable. This position requires Crisis watch precaution coverage. Submissions must include: Resume, Cover Letter, RTR, BLS/ CPR certification, ODRC packet, Ohio Medical License. Must clear a metal detector; no cans, tobacco, vapes, etc. permitted. Food/drinks must be in clear see-through containers; no more than 1 gallon of water permitted to be brought into the facility. Critical Information If missing any documents, the bid will be rejected. If chosen for the position, TB test and Hire. Right drug screen must be uploaded in Dotstaff; screening must be initiated within 48 hours of accepting the position.
