Must have either LCDS/ LPC/ LSW Can work either 7:30-3:30 pm or 8-4 pm, Monday-Friday Crisis watch precaution coverage required Must have BLS/ CPR certification Must have completed ODRC packet and provide Ohio License, US Passport or Naturalization card if born outside the US Must pass TB test and Hire.
