Must have a valid LCDS, LPC, or LSW license Must be available to work either 7:30-3:30 pm or 8-4 pm, Monday-Friday Must be able to provide crisis watch precaution coverage Must have a start time of 08:00 and end time of 16:00 Security Requirements Submissions must include: Resume Cover letter RTR (Required Treatment Record) BLS/ CPR certification ODRC packet Ohio License US Passport or Naturalization card (if born outside the US) If any documents are missing, the bid will be rejected. Additional Requirements After being chosen for the position, the following must be completed within 48 hours: TB test Hire. Right drug screen Resumes will be pushed daily, and no cell phones are permitted until proper paperwork has been submitted and approved. Must clear a metal detector and follow facility rules. Food and drinks must be in clear see-through containers, and no more than 1 gallon of water is permitted to be brought into the facility.
