Clinical Assessments & Treatment: Conduct patient assessments and make clinical decisions under supervision. Assess and incorporate changing patient needs into treatment plans. Provide individual and group therapy, engage families, educate patients on recovery. Create comprehensive treatment plans addressing individualized patient needs. Collaboration and Communication: Review cases and patient condition changes with supervisor and clinical team. Discuss additional services needs with clinical team and make referrals as needed. Participates in treatment team meetings to review and update patient plans. Quality Assurance & Documentation: Document all patient interactions and case management activities. Maintain daily clinical productivity records. Complete clinical documentation and provide required information for service authorization.
