Behavioral Health Therapist I (Safe Harbor Behavioral Health) - University of Pittsburgh Medical Center : Job Details

Participates in quality assurance and treatment team meetings. Completes timely clinical documentation and ensures insurance compliance. Conducts assessments and develops/updates treatment plans. Provides therapy, engages families, and educates patients on recovery. Refers patients to additional services and higher care levels. Maintains clinical productivity records and adapts treatment models. Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education in school counseling, or related field required. (Successfully completed the educational requirements as defined in practicing state's code) One year of clinical experience preferred. Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process, as well as application of current version of the DSM preferred.
