Behavioral Health Therapist Associate - University of Pittsburgh Medical Center : Job Details

Client Engagement:Connects with potential clients, monitors and addresses engagement barriers. Data Collection & Documentation:Gathers necessary data, conducts assessments, and maintains accurate case records. Treatment Planning & Implementation:Collaborates on treatment plans, updates based on patient needs, and completes clinical documentation. Therapy & Education:Provides individual/group therapy, engages families, and educates on recovery. Team Collaboration:Works with treatment team, attends meetings, and coordinates continuity of care. Service Referrals:Refers patients to appropriate services and community programs. Quality Assurance:Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement activities. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education in school counseling, or related field required. Completion of a human services related internship/practicum or 1 year of relevant human services experience.
