1-3 years relevant experience

Job Description:

As a Behavior Health Specialist (BHS) you provide individualized services that are designed to assist individuals with a behavioral health diagnosis (i.e., SUD or mental health) in their personal recovery journey. Goals may be related to education, employment, personal relationships, developing coping skills to name a few examples.

For staff who have lived experience, there is a $900 bonus after becoming a certified NYS PEER Support while employed with Allwel.

Staten Island-Provided in the home and community

Pay rate: $40.00 per hour
