Behavioral Health Intake Coordinator - Field HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Behavioral Health Intake Coordinator - Field to fill an opening with a prestigious Healthcare Organization in Stuttgart, AR. Behavioral Health Intake Coordinator - Field: Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completion of functional assessments virtually and in home
• Manage urgent situations that can occur
• Manage day to day schedule to optimize assessment completion
• Documentation of functional needs
• Shift: 7am-4:30pm with some occasional Saturday work

Required Qualifications for Behavioral Health Intake Coordinator - Field:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare field
• 5 years of recent behavioral health experience

Preferred Qualifications for Behavioral Health Intake Coordinator - Field:

• At least 5+ years of experience
• Experience with BH population and completion of functional assessments for that population
