The Behavioral Health Director of the Family Medicine Residency is responsible for the strategic planning, development, implementation, and oversight of behavioral health education and integration within the Family Medicine residency training program. This role combines clinical education, supervision, consultation, research leadership, and wellness support for residents, ensuring excellence in behavioral science instruction, resident development, and interprofessional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Education & Curriculum Development Design, implement, manage, and revise the Behavioral Medicine curriculum. Teach behavioral science topics longitudinally and during dedicated rotations, including communication skills and behavioral health simulations.
