The Nevada County Behavioral Health Department is looking for a Clinical Supervisor capable of supporting our Substance Use Disorder treatment team. Duties and programs supported by this position include:
Overseeing the SUD team staff in coordinating outreach, engagement, and care coordination services
Providing clinical guidance to assist the team in coordination of care and implementation of trainings in evidence-based practices and interventions aimed at improving service delivery
Overseeing and ensuring timely ongoing service documentation, authorizations, data collection and tracking of client services
Consultation, coordination, and communication with multiple agencies and community partners to improve care coordination and client access to services.

Retirement
The County is a member of the CalPERS retirement system and also provides the opportunity for voluntary contributions to a 457 deferred compensation account through Nationwide by way of pre-tax and Roth payroll deductions.
