Behavioral Health Assessor - North Kansas City Hospital : Job Details

SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Completes psychiatric assessments and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient treatment plans. Work community partnersand facilities to coordinate services. Serve as a resource to ensure appropriate utilization of services.This position is part time, working 2 - 12 hr evenings, 3p-3a, preferable Mon Tues. Works 48 hours in a 2 week pay period. Qualifies for benefits, health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement and many more.EXPERIENCE: Preferred Behavioral Health Social Work.SPECIAL SKILLS:Basic Computer SkillsLICENSE/CERT: Required: LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) within 2 years of hireEDUCATION: Required: Masters - Social Work (CSWE approved)
