POSITION SUMMARY:

At Divine Steps Therapy, we focus on helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) thrive through the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We seek compassionate individuals who are dedicated to helping children reach their developmental milestones. In this role, you will provide personalized ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism and Related Disorders, following intervention plans developed by our team of behavior analysts. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from experienced clinical supervisors and managers who are committed to your growth.

This position is flexible, offering part-time or full-time opportunities based on your case preferences.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Successful background screening and clearance
  • Current driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Well-organized, adaptable, and open to constructive feedback
  • RBT Certification is required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver ABA therapy to children in home and community settings to enhance their behaviors and skills.
  • Build solid relationships with clients and their families, collaborating with parents to track and achieve goals.
  • Adhere to specific protocols and implement individualized ABA programs outlined in treatment plans directed by a BCBA or qualified health professional.
  • Document client interactions by accurately recording data, writing comprehensive session notes, and maintaining timesheets.
  • Regularly communicate with supervisors regarding updates on cases, schedule changes, and availability.
  • Participate in supervisory sessions and team meetings.
  • Complete necessary training and competency assessments to maintain RBT certification if required.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $26-$32 Per Hour

SCHEDULE:

  • Available Monday to Friday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
  • Weekend availability is encouraged

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

License/Certification:

  • RBT Certification (Required)
  • Travel may be required (up to 100%)
  • 1-year experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (Required)
