You'll be assigned to support one student or classroom throughout the day, helping our learners succeed socially, behaviorally, and academically. What You'll Do
- Support students using data-driven supports
- Help students transition between tasks and environments
- Collaborate with teachers and clinical supervisors to implement individualized plans
- Collect and graph behavior data daily to track progress
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all team members
- Stay aligned with behavior intervention plans and contribute to goal setting
- Learn and utilize behavior analytic strategies

- High school diploma or GED (college students encouraged to apply!)
- 1+ years of experience in ABA or as a school aide preferred
- RBT credential is a major plus
- Experience with autism or other developmental disabilities
- High energy, great attitude, and love for working with children
- Excellent reliability and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass state and federal background checks

We provide functional behavioral assessments, functional analyses, full-time instructional RBT aides, as well as consultation services.
